To obtain a Peru Police Clearance Certificate (Certificado de Antecedentes Policiales) you will need to provide the following:

Notarised photocopy of ID (DNI)/ Passport

Letter from Consular Directorate stating subject’s reason for application and subject’s time and place of residence while in Peru

Fingerprints of subject and official’s signature

2 colour passport sized photos

The application then Document then needs to be legalised at the Peruvian Consulate in London which is at:
