Certificate of Good Conduct

Our enhanced fingerprint and application service - we handle the whole application from beginning to end. This includes taking sets of your fingerprints, certifying your ID documents, providing you with digital scans and submitting, completing and monitoring the whole application process and ensuring the documents with application are received by the correct authorities

A Police Clearance Certificate will be issued stating whether any criminal offences have been recorded against the applicant in Namibia

Our service includes:

Taking multiple sets of your fingerprints

Safe forwarding of documents to Namibain Authorities

Payment of all regulatory fees

Monitoring application progress

Return of Certificate to you

We will spend the time with you at one of our offices in Central London or Surrey, or visit you at your home/office

Costs

The full service includes all fingerprint costs

Other costs

The only other costs are for courier to Namibia and statutory charges which we pay to the Namibian Authorities on your behalf, both of which are included in the Full-service price, and return courier fee. This will only be charged once the certificate has been returned to us
